What Happens If You Can’t Contact Me?
If for some reason we can’t contact you we will email you (if you supplied your email address) to let you know we are having trouble reaching you and ask you to confirm your telephone number.
A claims advisor will call from a number you do not recognise. Please answer your phone to make sure your claim can be processed as quickly as possible because our advisors are not always able to leave a message to let you know who called.
